Honestly, I didn't set any of this up myself. Linda handled the whole thing and said it took her the better part of a day. I didn't think that was unusual until I mentioned it to Chris and he made a face. Apparently that's longer than it should be. I would not have known.
Once it was running, I started using it pretty much daily for about six weeks. The part that actually surprised me was the library of posts you can pull from. I assumed I'd never look at it, but I ended up using it more than the AI writing. The AI drafts are fine as a starting point but I'd say I rewrote roughly 70% of every suggestion before I'd actually post it. That's not a complaint exactly, it's just not the hands-off thing I was picturing.
The scheduling side worked without any drama. I queued up content for three weeks straight without touching it, which is more consistency than I've managed in a long time. Whether that consistency actually moved anything is harder to say, but my post engagement was noticeably higher by week four than it was when I was posting whenever I remembered to.
I do not know what we're paying for it. I asked Derek once and he said something about a monthly plan and I nodded like I understood. I assume it's fine or someone would have said something.
My actual take: if LinkedIn matters to your business in a real way, it's probably worth trying. If you're hoping it runs itself, it doesn't. You still have to sound like a person.
